I work with kinesiology, massage therapy and craniosacralbehandlingar since the eighteenth years. The release dance grabbed me forcefully when I attended my first course for Anne 1996.

Since then, I have danced and been an assistant on many courses. And then 2004 I have been an assistant in management training. I take part of the group and the participants' processes and support when needed.

I know how dance makes me feel more alive and takes me back to myself, when life is spinning around me too much.
